The Harz gives us our most valuable ingredient par excellence: crystal clear mountain spring water.
The precious liquid first falls, as already very soft and supple rainwater, on the peaks of our mountains and then seeks a laborious path through the acidic environment of the Harz high moors. In the process, it is enriched, sieved, filtered, swirled and stroked.
The long way through the deep peat layers ensures the purest and softest water, created to dilute our gin to enjoyable drinking strength without clouding it. This is not only extremely tasty, it also avoids an aroma-eating filtering process:
